True Teach’s content to expand 10-fold
We are delighted to announce that we are able to take advantage of the BBC’s efforts, to bring a wealth of new content to the True Teach search engine.
This will revolutionise the True Teach product, giving teachers access to digital content from world-class organisations such as:
- The British Museum (10 curatorial & research departments covering the globe)
- The British Library (a copy of every publication produced in the UK & Ireland)
- The National Archives (1,000 years of UK public records)
- Wellcome Trust (global health publications)
- Europeana (50m artworks, artefacts, books & videos from across Europe)

The combination of this massive amount of unique content available via the BBC and its partners, together with True Teach’s front-end searchability, will transform this product for the education sector.
It will be a quantum leap for True Teach – we are hugely excited by the upcoming transformation!
At present, here at Surge Online, we are in the process of working out how to incorporate this wealth of material into True Teach, to make searching as quick, easy, and intuitive as possible.
